Great for removing individual cookies or brownies from a pan, its blade measures 2¹/₂ inches. For use with hot pan or griddle surfaces, the turner's offset design keeps hands away from heat sources. This mini turner's handle and blade are joined with an impervious seal that prevents food residue from building up.
