The Edlund 356XL electric food slicer is easy to use and slices tomatoes, lemons, limes, and more quickly. The blade measures 3/16 inch thick for cuts that are ideal for sandwiches. A stainless steel wash guard protects users' hands while hand washing the blades, while a guard locks over the blades for cleaning in the dishwasher. The unit is constructed of stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance. The Edlund 356XL electric food slicer comes with a torque wrench to prevent overtightening of the blades.
