The Matfer Bourgeat 215000 mandoline slicer can quickly and smoothly produce sliced vegetables that can then be turned into wafers, fries, potato chips and more. Its body is constructed with strong stainless steel that eases cleaning, with tempered steel blades that can be sharpened when they become dull. For simplified cleanup, the slicer can be dismantled without tools.
