This 12-inch-long by 1⁵/₁₆-inch-wide by 1-inch-tall piece is built with long-lasting blades that ensure a razor-sharp cut without tearing foods as they're grated or zested. To protect countertops from scratches and scuffs during use, the grater features non-scratch end tabs. For a secure grip during use, it's built with a soft-touch ergonomic handle, and after it's washed in a dishmachine, this piece can be concealed with the included blade cover, then hung on a wall hook.
