Nemco 57500-2 Easy Chopper 3™ Vegetable Chopper w/ Interchangeable Blade Cartridges, 3/8"-Square

The Nemco 57500-2 Easy Chopper 3™ vegetable chopper has a large cutting area that accommodates robust vegetables with minimal precutting. It is perfect for chopping potatoes, celery, peppers, and other firm vegetables. The blade assembly uses stainless steel blades to quickly chop the product into ³/₈-inch square pieces. Its push block is made of a nylon-based resin material that is durable to prevent the teeth from breaking. A gasket is included to eliminate crevices in the push block that could trap food debris; it slips on before chopping and is easy to remove for cleaning.

To make changing the cut size simple, the blade assembly and push block are both blue, so the operator cannot mix up different size assemblies. The handle is weighted for quick cuts and ergonomically designed to provide comfort for the user. This Nemco 57500-2 Easy Chopper 3 vegetable chopper has a wide, tall base that can fit third- and sixth-size, 6-inch-deep pans under it to catch product. Rubber feet are mounted on the bottom to keep it stable on countertops.
