The NU-VU SMOKE6 half-size smoker oven is made of stainless steel, ensuring it can endure frequent use in a commercial environment. This unit uses an AutoMist humidity system that instills moisture into foods, retaining their texture and volume. To elevate the smoker oven, it's mounted on 6-inch legs.
