To withstand repeated self-service applications, the Nemco 6510A-2D7P soup warmer's two 7-quart wells are made of durable, rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Each well has a correlating thermostat so contents are held at safe serving temperatures for extended periods. Once temperatures are set, the band heaters preheat the wells within 16 minutes and then maintain temperatures, distributing heat evenly to eliminate cold spots and prevent scorching.
This Nemco 6510A-2D7P soup merchandiser measures 241?2 inches wide by 12 inches deep by 113?4 inches high to fit self-service stations. Because it lacks a graphic header, it's ideal for countertops with limited overhead space.
