For specific temperature adjustments as menus change, the Wells SS-8TD food warmer features a thermostatic control panel. Correlating tubular heating elements heat the warming pan quickly, evenly distributing temperatures. Once contents reach preset temperatures, the control's temperature-ready indicator light glows. This one-piece, front-mounted panel is recessed to prevent inadvertent adjustments. Overall, this unit produces enough heat to warm 7 quarts of prepared soup and sauce at safe serving temperatures and is safe for wet and dry operation.

The Wells SS-8TD circular top-mount food warmer features an uninsulated, rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel interior that can be wiped clean and accommodates a 7-quart inset (sold separately). To ease end-of-day cleaning, it's built with a ¹/₂-inch NPT drain. This 10¹/₁₆-inch-diameter by 8³/₄-inch-tall unit can be dropped in a 9-inch-diameter countertop cutout, while included Wellslok tabs expedite installation.
