Arctic Air APP94R 94" Pizza Prep Table W/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

Designed for high-volume pizza preparation, the Arctic Air APP94R pizza prep table features a 94-inch-wide refrigerated base with 31 cubic feet of storage capacity. Its stainless steel top includes a raised refrigerated pan rail that holds twelve included ¹/₃-size clear Lexan pans. A full-length, heavy-duty 17³/₄-inch-deep cutting board spans the front of the unit, creating a dedicated workspace for assembling pizzas. The exterior is constructed of stainless steel, while the interior features a white ABS liner with a stainless steel floor and coved corners for easier cleaning.

The Arctic Air APP94R prep table uses a side-mounted, self-contained capillary tube refrigeration system with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain temperatures between 33°F and 41°F. An electronic thermostat with an external LED display provides accurate temperature monitoring. Three vaulted, self-closing solid doors include a 90-degree stay-open feature and are equipped with recessed handles and removable magnetic gaskets. The unit is supported by four 3-inch castersa€”two of which locka€”and includes three adjustable epoxy-coated wire shelves inside the base.
