Measuring 119 inches long, the Beverage Air DPD119HC-2 prep table can hold a large pizza on its 19-inch-deep cutting board, which runs the full length of the unit. The pan rail accommodates a vast quantity of ingredients in five full-size pans and one third-size pan; however, to offer a wider variety of toppings, operators can use smaller pan sizes and pan dividers. Employees can conveniently slide pizza dough down the board and add toppings from the rail. When not building pizzas, covers protect the ingredients from heat and contamination.

To ensure smooth operation, this Beverage Air DPD119HC-2 pizza prep table has a refrigerated base for backup ingredients. Food pans can drop directly into the drawers because they are already equipped with dividers. Each of the cabinet sections have two wire shelves, and for rust resistance, they are coated in epoxy. Made of anodized aluminum, the cabinet surfaces resist corrosion and are insulated to block out ambient air.
