With sides, grille, front, and top all constructed of dent- and scratch-resistant stainless steel, the Beverage Air DPD119HC-3 pizza prep table can stand up to intensive use in busy environments. Its four sections each feature epoxy-coated shelves to provide additional durability, while its aluminum interior liner resists corrosion. To ensure cold retention, it is equipped with snap-in door gaskets.

The Beverage Air DPD119HC-3 refrigerated prep table is mounted on casters to enable operators to transport it as needed. Its self-closing doors are field-reversible, and its polyethylene cutting board can be removed for thorough cleaning. This unit uses environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant and maintains temperatures between 36 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit.
