Beverage-Air DPD67HC-2 67" Hydrocarbon Series Pizza Prep Table W/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

Equipped with a 19-inch-deep cutting board, the Beverage Air DPD67HC-2 pizza prep table can accommodate small, medium, and large pizzas. As pizza dough moves down the board, employees can assemble pizzas using ingredients from the refrigerated pan rail. The pan rail is divided into two sections: one holds a single full-size pan while the other holds two full-size pans. To expand the variety of pizza toppings within reach, fractional pans and divider bars may be used. The pan rail holds ingredients uprighta€”so they are unlikely to spill outa€”and surrounds them with a hood and lid for cooling and freshness.

In addition to the refrigerated pan rail, this Beverage Air DPD67HC-2 prep table also has a refrigerated base with a cabinet section and a drawer section. In the cabinet section, two epoxy-coated shelves and the floor provide three levels of product storage. The door shuts automatically with cam-lift hinges and seals shut tight with magnetic door gaskets. Drawers have pan divider supports, ready to hold fractional pans of the user's choice. Each drawer rolls open and stays on the slides using a locking mechanism. Temperatures in the base are adjustable from 36 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit.
