Pizzas can be slid from one end of the board to the other while users grab ingredients from the pan rail, spreading them on the dough. The top accommodates three full-size food pans and, with fractional pan sizes, it can hold a vast variety of ingredients. Staff members can pull lids over the pans to preserve ingredients during slow hours.

This Beverage Air DPD67HC-4 prep table has four drawers for storing backup ingredients. Each drawer comes equipped with a stainless steel frame, pan divider supportsa€”so fractional pan sizes can go directly into the basea€”and a locking mechanism that ensures they are not pulled off by accident.
