The Beverage Air DPD72HC-3 prep table maintains temperatures of 36 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit in its refrigerated pan rail. This rail holds three full-size pans of ingredients for prepping. For extra storage, the base has three drawers that each can hold 275 pounds, and the single door swings open to reveal two epoxy-coated shelves. Because the shelves are made of wire, air flows uniformly through them.

To streamline installation and servicing, the refrigeration system in the Beverage Air DPD72HC-3 pizza prep table is self-contained and mounted on the side. This unit's defrost feature adapts to current conditions to remove built-up ice. Its evaporator rids the cabinet of condensation and its coil is epoxy coated to resist corrosion. To withstand years of high-volume use, this prep table is made of stainless steel.
