The Beverage Air DPD72HC-6 pizza prep table is positioned on 3-inch casters, enabling mobility for various applications. Two of its casters have brakes to secure the unit in place when it isn't moved. This unit's exterior is made of resilient stainless steel and the interior has added durability with its aluminum construction. The top is insulated to maintain temperatures of 36 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit, which is achieved by a self-contained, side-mounted refrigeration system.

Providing plenty of room for employees to work, the Beverage Air DPD72HC-6 prep table includes a full-length, 19-inch-wide cutting board. The top can hold three full-size pans full of ingredients to create pizza, sandwiches, or salads. To store more product, the base has six drawers that each can hold 275 pounds of product without bending or warping. Its drawers have telescoping slides to prevent them from pulling all the way out when they're opened.
