The Beverage Air DPD93HC-2 pizza prep table has an extra-deep, 19-inch cutting board that can hold large pizzas. The top has two large sections for ingredients, accommodating four full-size pans or smaller, fractional pans. Toppings in the pan rail are refrigerated at a temperature between 36 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit to keep them fresh and, during slow hours, employees can use the lids to shield these ingredients from contaminants.

This Beverage Air DPD93HC-2 prep table has a three-section refrigerated base. Employees can drop full food pans into the drawers because they already have pan divider supports. Each drawer has a heavy-duty, stainless steel frame and a locking mechanism that ensures it stays on its slides. The cabinet section offers a sturdy aluminum floor and storage space on epoxy-coated shelving. Attached by cam-lift hinges, these durable cabinet doors self-close to prevent food spoilage. Cold temperatures are maintained by the self-contained refrigeration system, which uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
