Offering plenty of space to prepare any size of pizza, the Beverage Air DPD93HC-3 prep table is 93 inches wide with a 19-inch cutting board on the top. The refrigerated pan rail holds four full-size food pans in the range of 36 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure freshness. Because the lid is insulated, none of this chill seeps out of the unit. It cools with a self-contained, side-mounted refrigeration system that uses environmentally safe R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.

The Beverage Air DPD93HC-3 pizza prep table has three drawers and two doors. These doors self-close to preserve energy and can be propped open while the cabinet is loaded. Its drawers open smoothly on Delrin® rollers and have telescoping slides to prevent them from coming out all the way. Four shelves in this unit are made of wire to promote airflow and are coated in epoxy to reduce the risk of corrosion.
