The Beverage Air SPE27HC-12M Elite Series® food prep table is made of stainless steel and has a corrosion-resistant aluminum interior liner. Its door is field-reversible with snap-in door gaskets and has a painted aluminum door handle. Staying open at 120 degrees, the door is self-closing and can be removed for cleaning. Four 6-inch casters facilitate movement, and two of them have locks to secure the unit in place. The Beverage Air SPE27HC-12M food prep table has a 10-inch-wide cutting board made of white polyethylene and two epoxy coated steel wire shelves that hold product. There are nine 4-inch-deep, sixth-size pans and three 4-inch-deep, ninth-size pans in the rail compartment.
