The Beverage Air SPE36HC-15M sandwich prep table includes 15 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep pans that are cooled by forced air directed to the bottom of the compartment. Cold air is held around the product by the removable hood and lid assembly. The 10-inch cutting board provides a convenient place for staff to prepare ingredients, and the aluminum-lined cabinet supplies extra storage space. Staff can access the cabinet through the stay-open/self-closing door. This door is removable and can be reversed in the field. The Beverage Air SPE36HC-15M salad prep table moves on 6-inch casters, two of which can brake when necessary.
