The Beverage Air SPE48HC-08 sandwich prep table comes with eight 4-inch-deep, sixth-size pans that can hold ingredients for pizzas, salads, or sandwiches. To keep the pans cool, forced air is recirculated from the evaporator under the pans. The hood and lid assembly can be closed over the pans to keep product cold and minimize contamination.

A 10-inch-deep cutting board spans across the front of the unit so that staff can prep ingredients. Additional product can be placed on the four shelves inside the cabinet. The epoxy-coated shelves and aluminum interior liner provide the unit with corrosion resistance and lasting durability. R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant keeps this Beverage Air SPE48HC-08 salad prep table cold. Maintenance personnel can service the refrigeration system from the back.
