The Beverage Air SPE48HC-08C Elite Series® prep table has snap-in door gaskets to prevent air leaks. The doors also close on their own to prevent losing cold air. Since the doors stay open past 120 degrees, it is easy to reload the cabinet. Temperatures stay cool with the R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. An electronic control panel allows the operator to easily check temperatures and adjust them as needed.

Most of the cabinet is constructed of stainless steel for durability, while the bottom and back are made of galvanized steel for strength. The Beverage Air SPE48HC-08C Elite Series prep table has an aluminum interior for corrosion resistance. Toppings are held in polycarbonate pans, and there are eight sixth-size pans. A polyethylene cutting board is included so you can easily prep ingredients on the table.
