The Beverage Air SPE48HC-12-SNZ Elite Series® prep table has a stainless steel top and exterior for strength and makes the unit easy to clean. Its interior is made of aluminum for corrosion resistance. There are two sections in the bottom that are accessible with two self-closing doors. Each of the doors has a stay-open feature, holding them open past 120 degrees for easy loading and unloading.

In the top compartment, there is an opening for 12 sixth-size pans for toppings. A 10-inch-deep cutting board can be used to slide plates down to prepare sandwiches, pizzas, and salads. The Beverage Air SPE48HC-12-SNZ Elite Series prep table has a sneeze guard to protect product from contaminants.
