The Beverage Air SPE48HC-12C Elite Series® prep table is ideal for establishments that want to serve pizza, salad, and sandwiches. Toppings sit in the pan compartment and are held by 12 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep polycarbonate pans. To easily prepare ingredients, this unit comes with a polyethylene cutting board that is removable for cleaning. Its exterior is constructed of stainless and galvanized steel for strength. Its interior is made of aluminum for corrosion resistance.

The electronic control panel digitally displays temperatures and allows the operator to adjust them as needed. Cool temperatures are produced by the R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Product in the pans stay below 41 degrees Fahrenheit with the forced air cooling system. The Beverage Air SPE48HC-12C Elite Series prep table has epoxy coated evaporator coils that resist corrosion.
