The Beverage Air SPE48HC-18M-DS Elite Series® dual-side prep table can hold 18 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep pans under hood and lid assembles that retain cold air. Recirculated, forced air from the evaporator moves under the pan compartment to properly cool product, keeping the temperature above freezing and below 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Multiple employees can work at the table simultaneously since the unit has a cutting board on each side. One of them measures 10 inches, the other is 12 inches, and both are removable.

This Beverage Air SPE48HC-18M-DS mega-top prep table has a refrigerated base with four epoxy-coated wire shelves. This section is made to hold additional ingredients that do not fit in the pan rail. The temperature in the cabinet ranges from 36 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit and is maintained with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The base's doors are removable for cleaning and have a convenient self-closing design.
