The Beverage Air SPE60HC-10 Elite Series® prep table has a refrigerated storage base with four epoxy-coated wire shelves. They enable complete airflow and resist corrosion for durability. The temperature in this section ranges from 36 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Self-closing doors provide cabinet access and retain cold air. When users are loading ingredients into the base, the doors stay open past 120 degrees for convenience. These doors are removable to facilitate cleaning, and their field-reversible design increases installation flexibility.

The Beverage Air SPE60HC-10 prep table comes with 10 sixth-size pans for its rail section. This compartment is protected from contaminants by an insulated hood and lid assembly, which also retains cold air. The rail section is cooled by forced air from the evaporator, keeping the temperature above freezing and below 41 degrees Fahrenheit. A 10-inch-deep, full-length cutting board provides a place for users to prep ingredients and make dishes.
