The Beverage Air SPE60HC-24M-DS Elite Series® dual-side prep table comes with 24 sixth-size pans for the rail section. They are accessible from either side of the unit, and removable cutting boards are included on each side to maximize prep space. On one side, the unit has a 10-inch-deep board, and the other side has a 12-inch-deep board. Hood and lid assemblies over the pans keep cold air contained and reduce the risk of contamination.

A refrigerated base section provides additional storage space on four wire shelves. The shelves and interior are corrosion resistant since they are epoxy coated or lined with aluminum. Accessing the interior is convenient through the 120-degree stay-open doors, which also self-close to retain cold air. This Beverage Air SPE60HC-24M-DS mega-top prep table is mobile with four 6-inch casters. Since two of the casters have brakes, they can keep the unit in place when necessary.
