The Beverage Air SPE60HC-24M-STL prep table has a glass lid that provides product visibility when closed, preventing cold air loss. Pizzas, sandwiches, wraps, and more can be prepared directly on the unit thanks to its 10-inch-deep cutting board and 24 polycarbonate pans that hold toppings. To ensure product is safe with the lid open, a forced air system pushes air under the pans for even cooling. Temperatures are kept chilled with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.

The exterior is constructed of galvanized and stainless steels for durability, strength, and heavy use. There are two doors on the bottom of the cabinet that provide access to four epoxy-coated shelves. The interior liner is easy to clean since it is made of aluminum. The Beverage Air SPE60HC-24M-STL prep table can be locked into place since two of the casters have brakes.
