Beverage-Air SPE72HC-08 72" Hydrocarbon Series Sandwich/salad Prep Table W/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Beverage Air SPE72HC-08 Elite Series® prep table comes with eight sixth-size pans. These pans are set to one side of the 72-inch unit, so condiment and sauce bottles can be placed on the other. Forced air moves under the pans to produce cool temperatures above freezing and below 41 degrees Fahrenheit. A 10-inch-deep cutting board runs across the front of the unit for prepping toppings, and additional ingredients can be stored in the refrigerated base. The base houses four shelves, and their wire design ensures air can flow properly to keep ingredients within the temperature range of 36 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit.
