The Beverage Air SPE72HC-08C Elite Series® salad/sandwich prep table is constructed of stainless steel, and its interior is lined with aluminum to resist corrosion. To support movement, the table has four 6-inch casters with two safety brakes. Its three doors can self-close or stay open past 120 degrees to provide inside access, and magnetic gaskets in the doors help prevent cold air from escaping. Inside, six epoxy-coated steel wire shelves hold and organize product. Eight sixth-size, 4-inch-deep food pans made of polycarbonate are included in the top compartment. The Beverage Air SPE72HC-08C prep table keeps items between 36 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit and has a 17-inch-wide cutting board that can be removed for cleaning.
