The Beverage Air SPE72HC-12M Elite Series® food prep table includes 12 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep food pans in the top food pan storage area. Its stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior resist scratches and corrosion. It features four 6-inch casters, two of which lock, and a 10-inch-wide cutting board that can be removed for cleaning. The Beverage Air SPE72HC-12M prep table has three doors with snap-in gaskets for temperature retention that can self-close or stay open past 120 degrees. To facilitate opening and save aisle space, recessed aluminum handles are built in. Its refrigerated base comes with six coated steel shelves to hold and organize stored items.
