The Beverage Air SPE72HC-24M Elite Series® prep table includes 24 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep food pans that are kept below 41 degrees Fahrenheit. It is mostly made of stainless steel with an aluminum-lined interior that resists scuffs, dents, and corrosion. Featuring magnetic gaskets that seal in cold air, the three self-closing doors can open 120 degrees for full access to the cabinet. Recessed aluminum handles are built into the doors to save kitchen space. Its refrigerated base holds food between 36 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit on six shelves. The Beverage Air SPE72HC-24M prep table has a 10-inch-wide polyethylene cutting board that provides space for assembling salads and sandwiches. For mobility, four 6-inch casters are featured with two brakes for safety.
