The Beverage Air SPED27HC-12M Elite Series® sandwich prep table comes with three ninth-size, 4-inch-deep and nine sixth-size, 4-inch-deep food pans for its top storage area. Its stainless steel exterior protects against scratches and dents, and its aluminum-lined interior is corrosion resistant. A 10-inch-wide polyethylene cutting board for prepping sandwiches and salads and four 6-inch casters with two brakes are included. The Beverage Air SPED27HC-12M salad prep table has two drawers that can hold 6-inch-deep pans and have aluminum handles. To prevent the drawers from being torn off, telescoping drawer slides and a locking mechanism are set in place.
