The Beverage Air SPED27HC-C prep table's exterior is constructed of stainless steel for durability, while the interior is made of aluminum for strength. Its top opening holds six sixth-size and two ninth-size pans for toppings used for pizzas, sandwiches, salads, and more. These dishes, as well as the toppings, can be prepared on the polyethylene cutting board that runs along the width of the unit. The base on the Beverage Air SPED27HC-C prep table has two pull-out drawers that hold 6-inch-deep pans that can replace the ones in the top.
