The Beverage Air SPED27HC-C-B prep table can be used to hold ingredients that go on salads, sandwiches, and other dishes. The toppings sit in the cutout under the stainless steel hood and lid assembly for protection. There are eight sixth-size, polycarbonate pans that hold product, and they resist staining. A 17-inch-deep cutting board runs along the length of the cabinet, providing a place where main dishes can be prepared.

With its stainless steel and galvanized steel exterior, the Beverage Air SPED27HC-C-B prep table is heavy duty for constant use. Its interior liner is made of aluminum for simple cleanup and resistance to corrosion. The base of the cabinet has two pull-out drawers where 6-inch-deep pans are stored, so when product runs out in the top cutout, another pan is ready to replace it. These drawers stay in place with the locking mechanism on the supporting slides.
