The Beverage Air SPED32HC-12M-2 Mega Top refrigerated counter has a recessed top section that holds various pans, and its base section has two drawers. Each of these compartments can hold food pans that are 6 inches deep. Because a set of (12) 4-inch-deep pans are included with this unit, operators can start using it right away.

To keep contents between 36 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, the Beverage Air SPED32HC-12M-2 prep table has a self-contained refrigeration system that uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The condenser is mounted in the rear, and a 10-inch-deep polyethylene cutting board enables users to chop and prep fresh ingredients.
