The Beverage Air SPED36HC-10-2 Elite Series® food prep table is made of stainless steel and lined with aluminum to protect against scratches and corrosion. Its two drawers hold 6-inch-deep food pans and have telescoping slides with a locking mechanism. An aluminum handle on each drawer provides an ergonomic grip when opening and closing. With two stabilizing brakes, this unit moves on four 6-inch casters. The Beverage Air SPED36HC-10-2 sandwich prep table has a 10-inch-wide cutting board made of polyethylene that is removable for cleaning. Its top food pan storage area is furnished with 10 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep polycarbonate food pans.
