The Beverage Air SPED36HC-12M-2 prep table has a damage-resistant exterior with a stainless steel front, top, grille, and sides, and a galvanized steel back and bottom. The 10-inch-deep cutting board provides space for staff to prep ingredients. Its top opening is designed to hold sixth-size pans up to 6 inches deep. The unit comes with (12) 4-inch-deep polycarbonate pans.

Pans can also be stored in two pull-out drawers. The drawers are supported by stainless steel frames with telescoping slides. To prevent the drawers from being accidentally removed, the slides have a locking mechanism. Their handles are made of painted aluminum for a professional look.

The Beverage Air SPED36HC-12M-2 prep table uses ecofriendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain cold temperatures. Its refrigeration system is mounted in the rear, allowing the unit to be placed alongside other pieces of equipment. The epoxy coating on the evaporator coil offers corrosion resistance, and the evaporator recirculates forced air beneath the pans.
