The Beverage Air SPED36HC-15M-2 prep table has four 6-inch casters with two brakes for safety. For sandwich-prepping space, a 10-inch-wide polyethylene cutting board is included. This unit has two drawers with telescoping slides and a locking mechanism to prevent them from being pulled out. Each drawer has an aluminum handle to aid in opening and closing. The top food pan storage area comes with 15 sixth-size food pans that are 4 inches deep.
