The Beverage Air SPED48HC-08C-2 prep table has a damage-resistant stainless steel exterior that withstands constant commercial use. Eight sixth-size, 4-inch-deep pans are included and fit in the top compartment. There are two drawers and a door compartment to provide additional storage space. The drawer sections holds 6-inch-deep pans.

The Beverage Air SPED48HC-08C-2 prep table has a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system that is conveniently located for service. R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant is used by the system to keep temperatures in the table cold. Corrosion on the interior is prevented thanks to the aluminum construction. Products can be prepped and plated on the 17-inch-deep polyethylene cutting board.
