Beverage-Air SPED48HC-10-4 48" Hydrocarbon Series Sandwich/salad Prep Table W/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Beverage Air SPED60HC-08C-2 prep table has a heavy-duty, easy-to-clean stainless steel exterior with a galvanized steel bottom and back. Its top compartment holds 10 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep pans. Forced air is circulated below the pans, cooling the product efficiently and evenly. Ingredients from the pans can be cut and prepared on the 10-inch-deep polyethylene cutting board, which is removable to facilitate cleaning. Since a hood and lid assembly sits over the top compartment, the food is protected from contamination.

The four pull-out drawers can be used for additional storage. They have stainless steel frames and telescoping, locking slides which prevent the drawers from being accidently removed from the cabinet. The Beverage Air SPED60HC-08C-2 prep table uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain cold temperatures.
