The Beverage Air SPED48HC-10C-2 prep table holds 10 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep pans in its top compartment. Additional storage is offered in the door compartment and two pull-out drawers. Both the top compartment and pull-out drawers can accommodate pans that are 6 inches deep. Cold temperatures in the unit are maintained by R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and the refrigeration system is serviceable from the rear. Since the interior is made of aluminum, it is heavy duty, and the Beverage Air SPED48HC-10C-2 prep tablea€™s stainless steel exterior is durable for commercial use, and it can be cleaned easily.
