Beverage-Air SPED48HC-10C-4 48" Hydrocarbon Series Sandwich/salad Prep Table W/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Beverage Air SPED48HC-10C-4 prep table uses forced air from the evaporator to keep product in the top opening cold. It comes with 10 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep pans in its top compartment. Additional 6-inch-deep pans can be stored in the four drawers. The drawers have stainless steel frames with telescoping slides that lock to keep the drawers from being accidentally removed from the cabinet.

The unit's four 6-inch casters enable mobility and two of the casters can be locked to make the cabinet stationary. R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant produces cold temperatures in the unit. The Beverage Air SPED48HC-10C-4 prep table's refrigeration system is rear-mounted, allowing the prep table to be installed beside walls and other equipment.
