The Beverage Air SPED48HC-12C-2 prep table comes with 12 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep pans in the top compartment, keeping toppings close at hand. Ingredients from the pans can be prepped on the 17-inch-deep cutting board. Forced air from the evaporator moves under the pans to ensure product is kept within the proper temperature range. Its refrigeration system is mounted on the rear, so the prep table can be installed next to walls and other equipment. Cold temperatures are produced by the R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.

There are two drawers and a door compartment in the bottom of the Beverage Air SPED48HC-12C-2 prep table. Stainless steel drawer frames have telescoping slides for support. These telescoping slides use a locking mechanism to prevent the drawers from being pulled out. Its door compartment has two epoxy-coated shelves that resist corrosion. The door is removable for quick and convenient cleaning. It self closes to prevent temperature leaks and can be left open at a 120-degree angle, freeing your hands for loading and unloading.
