Beverage-Air SPED60HC-08-4 60" Hydrocarbon Series Sandwich/salad Prep Table W/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Beverage Air SPED60HC-08-4 prep table has a galvanized and stainless steel exterior, making it resistant to minor damage. Its interior is lined with aluminum to prevent corrosion. Drawer frames are supported by telescoping slides, and drawers are kept from being pulled out of the cabinet by a locking mechanism. The drawers hold sixth-size polycarbonate pans for convenient, organized storage. A polyethylene cutting board on the front of the unit can be used to prep ingredients.

The Beverage Air SPED60HC-08-4 prep table is built with an epoxy-coated evaporator coil that resists corrosion. Ingredients are kept in the safe zone thanks to forced air from the evaporator that is circulated around the pans. Cold temperatures are created with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
