The Beverage Air SPED60HC-08-2 prep table has two drawers that can hold sixth-size pans and two shelves where various products can be stored and cooled. Cold air is evenly distributed throughout the cabinet with forced air produced by the evaporator. Cool temperatures are maintained by environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.

The Beverage Air SPED60HC-08-2 prep table is constructed of stainless steel for durability and minor damage resistance. With an aluminum interior, corrosion is resisted. Its 17-inch polyethylene cutting board offers a space to prep ingredients for pizzas, sandwiches, and salads. There are eight sixth-size polycarbonate pans set in the top pan compartment.
