The Beverage Air SPED60HC-08C-4 prep table has a strong stainless steel exterior. The opening in the top of the unit accepts eight sixth-size pans that are 4 or 6 inches deep. Its two drawers hold four, 6-inch-deep sixth-size pans to store ingredients. Food prep can be done on the durable polyethylene cutting board that is removable for easy cleanup.
