The Beverage Air SPED60HC-10C-4 prep table has an open countertop section that holds 10 sixth-size polycarbonate pans. All four drawers have stainless steel frames and telescoping slides to create a rugged, long-lasting design. Most of the exterior is made of stainless steel for durability and ease of cleaning. Since the interior is lined with aluminum, it is corrosion resistant. Its rear-mounted refrigeration system allows equipment to be placed on the left or right of the cabinet without blocking airflow. Toppings in the compartment cutout are surrounded by forced air, ensuring there are no hot or cold spots. Cold temperatures are produced by R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The Beverage Air SPED60HC-10C-4 prep table has epoxy-coated evaporator coils.
