The Beverage Air SPED60HC-12-2 prep table has a damage-resistant stainless steel exterior that is easy to clean. It features a single door compartment and two pull-out drawers to hold toppings and other product. In the top compartment, 12 sixth-size polycarbonate pans hold lettuce, tomato, cheese, and more. A polyethylene cutting board can be used to prep toppings or prepare pizzas, sandwiches, or salads.

The Beverage Air SPED60HC-12-2 prep table uses a self-contained refrigeration system where the components are built together, making the unit easy to service. The system uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to keep temperatures cool. Since the system is mounted at the rear, air intake and discharge take place at the back of the cabinet.
