Beverage-Air SPED60HC-12-4 60" Hydrocarbon Series Sandwich/salad Prep Table W/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Beverage Air SPED60HC-12-2 prep table features a heavy-duty stainless and galvanized steel exterior. Aluminum lining in the interior offers corrosion resistance. Compartments in the top of the cabinet can be used for housing toppings, and a stainless steel hood and lid assembly protect the food from contamination. For additional storage, the four drawers hold 6-inch-deep, sixth-size pans. Removable for cleanup, the polyethylene cutting board can be used as a prep station for cutting up ingredients and preparing dishes.

Cool temperatures are maintained by R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. It forces recirculated air throughout the cabinet to evenly cool products. Corrosion is resisted on the evaporator coil thanks to its epoxy coating. Rear-mounted design allows the unit to receive and release air through the back of the cabinet. The cabinet is easy to move with its 6-inch casters, and two of the casters have brakes to lock the unit in place.
