The Beverage Air SPED60HC-12C-4 prep table has a durable exterior constructed of stainless steel, as well as a galvanized steel back and bottom. The interior is lined with aluminum to resist corrosion. Its stainless steel hood and lid assembly sits over the countertop cutout to cover 12 sixth-size pans. It also features a removable cutting board made of polyethylene.

Additional storage is provided by four drawers. They have durable stainless steel frames that are supported by telescoping slides. Since these slides lock, there is no need to worry about accidentally pulling the drawers out of the cabinet. Casters make the unit easy to transport, and since two casters lock, the unit stays in place.

The Beverage Air SPED60HC-12C-4 prep table uses forced air to circulate through the cabinet, providing even, cold temperatures. An epoxy coating on the evaporator coil resists corrosion. R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant keeps temperatures cool.
